Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure. betpkr2 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpkr2 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. betpkr2 will never request your password through any channel. All activities conducted under your betpkr2 account are deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activities unless you have notified betpkr2 of unauthorised access without undue delay.
It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting and gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with betpkr2. betpkr2 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Users who access the betpkr2 Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
betpkr2 operates in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
Upon request, users must submit the required documents within the timeframe specified by betpkr2 support. During the verification period, betpkr2 may place restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and certain platform features. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
All withdrawal requests above a threshold determined at betpkr2's discretion are subject to completed KYC verification. betpkr2 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts where there is a regulatory or compliance obligation to verify identity first. Verified accounts benefit from faster withdrawal processing times across all supported PKR payment methods.

The betpkr2 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary account currency. All bets, bonuses, balances, and transactions are denominated in PKR. betpkr2 does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR transactions. Crypto deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.
betpkr2 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your betpkr2 account. Deposit limits may be revised by betpkr2 at any time without prior notice.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the betpkr2 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. betpkr2 reserves the right to return deposits received from third-party accounts and to request additional documentation before crediting any deposit where the source of funds is unclear.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the betpkr2 account withdrawal section. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the betpkr2 account, subject to availability. betpkr2 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the FAQ section, though processing times may vary due to banking or compliance requirements.
Bonus funds and free bet winnings are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Details of wagering requirements are provided in the specific terms attached to each betpkr2 promotion.
betpkr2 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All betpkr2 bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

betpkr2 promotions are available only to eligible registered players unless otherwise specified. betpkr2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may still be eligible for certain promotions but must claim them manually through the betpkr2 promotions page.
All sports bets placed on betpkr2, including cricket, PSL, T20I, Test match, and other sporting markets, are subject to betpkr2's Sports Betting Rules. These rules govern bet acceptance, settlement, result disputes, match abandonment, and void bet conditions. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability and are binding once confirmed by the betpkr2 system.
A bet is only valid once confirmed by the betpkr2 platform and a bet reference number has been issued. betpkr2 reserves the right to void or refuse any bet placed in error, at erroneous odds, or where technical malfunctions have affected the bet placement process. In the event of a technical malfunction — including software errors, connectivity issues, or server interruptions — that affects the outcome of a bet or casino game, betpkr2 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the player's betpkr2 account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in the affected session.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betpkr2 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence terminates automatically upon closure of your betpkr2 account or violation of this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpkr2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
betpkr2's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their betpkr2 account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
